ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:
Derrick Kuhn is Brillity Digital’s founder and managing director. He is dedicated to better understanding human psychology and neuroscience, all to better serve his clients and his community. Understanding evolutionary psychology has helped him successfully build a network across the Colorado Front Range of people who are looking to grow professionally and personally.

Outside of the office, Derrick’s passions include learning, fitness, and philosophy. Derrick’s personal motto comes from the great philosopher Ricky Bobby: “If you’re not first, you’re last.”

Melanie Schultz is Brillity Digital's lead strategist and Conversion Rate Optimization expert. Her work focuses on helping Brillity's clients grow their businesses by better understanding their customers. Outside of work, Melanie can be found spending time with friends and family, walking her dog, and playing (but not winning) pub trivia.
