Looking for something fun to do? Let's support a local gay bar. We will gather for a happy hour at TRADE in Washington, DC! This is the ultimate casual, old school gay dive bar experience.

This event is free to attend. The special on Friday is free pizza while supplies last and $8 pitchers of beer. The TRADE website says: XL HAPPY HOUR WILL BE IN EFFECT UNTIL 9PM (XL HAPPY HOUR IS BASICALLY ANYTHING YOU NORMALLY GET IN A REGULAR GLASS, YOU GET IN A HUGE GLASS FOR THE SAME PRICE, AND THEN ALL BEER AND WINE IS ONLY $5.50).

Casual attire (flannel and fall jacket) is fine. We will gather on the back, outdoor patio.

Disclaimer: This happy hour is decidedly not a typical Go Gay DC venue for meaningful conversation, but rather a loud, classic gay bar experience. This outing appeals to many into the club scene, but is not everyone's cup of tea. Go Gay DC will soon be hosting actual tea and conversation events, so stay tuned!

This gay community happy hour provides everyone a chance to enjoy a fun setting. Simply pay for drinks using your own credit card or cash; there is no group tab. This is a 21+ establishment, so bring your ID with you.
You are welcome regardless of where you live. This is the place to be.
