Go Heart Wellness LA | Yoga at Yosemite Park

The Go Heart LA Wellness Program in association with Adventist Health Glendale is bringing you another park yoga location in 2025! Trek up some hillside stairs to a grassy terrace oasis, a perfectly serene spot to enjoy a healing yoga practice. This in person event will be held at Yosemite Park in Eagle Rock (https://www.laparks.org/reccenter/yosemite) on the last Saturday of the month at 10am, led by instructor Mary Frances.

Find parking on the street or in the lot, head behind the courts and past the pool & up the hill, (there will be a sign with an arrow).
