Hi everyone!! It's been so hot, I've been traveling a lot, and summer has been crazy, so I took a break from hosting meet-ups. But we are starting again Saturday, September 5th!! Yay! I hope you can make it 😊

I'll be teaching:
- How shadow work can change your life
- My simple 4 step method for doing shadow work every day
- How to use your emotional triggers to level-up in life (instead of always spiraling).

💛 We also tend to dive into relationships, face reading, human behavior, and psychology. Every meetup is a little different, so I’ll shape the session around who shows up, what you’re curious about, and what everyone is wanting to learn about.

What the session (approx) looks like:

• Kate teaches live on the topic (~20-30 min)
• Open Q&A and group discussion (20 min)
• Real connection with others in the community (10+ min)
• 1 hour total

No background needed. Just show up curious.
