Talk 1: Passwordless Authentication: Building a Passkeys Go Server in 10 Minutes
Passkeys are an emerging standard for passwordless authentication governed by the FIDO alliance. The protocol includes client and server side components. Client side is implemented by the various browsers and OSes and in this presentation we will focus on the server side implementation and protocol requirements.
About the Speaker

Slavik is an investor in dozens of startups and serves as a board member and advisor to several security startups as well.
Talk 2: Microcontroller and Gobot Programming of Remote Devices
James Heller will give a immersive demo of controlling remote devices with Go.
- Reverse engineering the remote port on the fog machine
- Designing a circuit to connect the fog machine to a microcontroller
- Writing a custom Gobot driver for the fog machine
- Overengineering the whole thing by using Raspberry Pis, k3s, and NATS to signal the fog machine
About the Speaker
