This easy-moderate 4.4 mile hike with 839 ft of outbound climb is the less traveled "back door" to Mt Sanitas. It feaures mature forest and excellent vistas. Limited trail head parking is along Sunshine Canyon Dr. Form your own car pools. Restrooms are available in route at Centennial/Mt Sanitas Trailhead, 1.5 miles south. Expect some sun, shady trails, with a high in the 40s.
