- 10 Qi Gong Exercises: We'll begin by harmonizing our energy and cultivating mindfulness with a set of 10 gentle Qi Gong exercises.
- Traditional Healing Sounds: We'll conclude our session with the soothing sounds of six traditional healing techniques to promote holistic well-being.
Attire:
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Loose-fitting, breathable attire is ideal. It's important to wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles to ensure stability during our practice. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
