Yin Yang Yoga

世間一切本來就像陰與陽一樣,兩者不可或缺以達至平衡
就像陰陽瑜伽 ,陽瑜伽式子練習專注於肌肉的鍛鍊,陰瑜伽則強化身體韌帶、結締組織韌性

我的瑜伽課堂亦希望著重兩者與及身心平衡,
把陰陽兩者合而為一,以陽的練習讓身體強化再藉陰的式子放鬆,又或是陽的體位法中帶到陰瑜伽平衡兩者

最終希望能讓我們於課上覺知當下、滋養身心、強化身體、覺察穩定自己的呼吸

我們在蓆上
一起以勇氣建找突破自己可能性
尊重 臣服於身體限制
並有智慧了解兩者分別

每一堂 亦希望你feel good
離開時 比之前更有力量 更愛自己

It’s all about Yin Yang and balancing in this world
Just like Yin & Yang Yoga, Yang focus on muscle training while yin focus on strength of ligament and tendon of body
For my class, we strike for a balance between them, our body and mind
Strengthen body through Yang, relaxing through Yin
Or a mix of Yang asana into Yin Yoga

We aim at living the moment, stabilise our breathing, aware of our body and strengthen it

On the yoga mat
We find the courage to look for break through
We respect our limitation
And learn to distinguish them

A the end of the day
What we want to achieve
Is to Feel Good about ourself
Empower ourself and love ourself

銅鑼浴(Gong bath)
是聲音治療的其中一種模式。聲音所產生的聲波能促使自發冥想和全身放鬆,加速體內能量的流動,刺激血液循環,及消除緊張。

銅鑼師持續敲打銅鑼,製造不斷的聲浪,好像一陣陣的波浪覆蓋著你
身體快速進入深層休息的狀態,身體亦像被音波一串串的按摩

每星期抽出這一小時,容讓自己進入這個特別的空間。
沉沈在銅鑼聲海中,讓身體、心靈放鬆,自由飛翔,純粹感受聲音,活在當下每一個時刻。

Gong Bath a way of sound healing , creating a relaxing environment for participants to submerge themselves in the vibration of sound. Massaging and recharging your body and mind. Let your soul fly in the imaginal world and set yourself free.

為什麼會希望教導瑜伽?
Why do I teach?

曾經很追求式子 倒立、手平衡、背彎等等都很喜歡挑戰。後來愛上了更多講求連結呼吸、身心、內在感受的瑜伽練習。相信每種方向都是瑜伽八肢的一部分,可以相輔相成,希望為大家帶來更貼近身心的感受,鍛鍊身體的同時,連結心靈。

I’m used to be obsessed with asana, hand balancing, backbend, inversion, now I’m in love with how we connect breathing, feeling our mind and heart with our move. I believe all these eight limbs are inter-related. None of them should outshine others. Let’s connect our heart soul and body through the practice.

Lawrence Tai ,
曾經既空少,亦入過穩定既政府,不斷諗自己追求同夢想係咩。毅然決定跟隨自己一直既興趣,全職自由人同大家分享唔同身體既鍛鍊,心靈滋養既活動。

咩都鐘意玩,由街跑、街頭健身、動物流、瑜伽到大自然中獨木舟、行山、露營等等。
擁有美國A.C.E. 私人教練牌,亦係動物流教練,瑜伽老師,銅鑼師及美國ANFT認證森林浴嚮導。
無論你既興趣係鍛鍊身體、心靈,力量定係伸展,相信我地都會搵到共通既語言。

學海無涯,心頭依然有好多課程想進修。同時,深信師生本是相連,教學相長。希望融合所有身、及心靈所學到既知識、技巧同學生分享,大家一齊成長。

Used to be flight attendant and civil servant, kept asking myself who I wanna be. Finally, decided to quit and follow my passion - Building up community and focus on wellness of body and mind.
Interested in street run, workout, animal flow, yoga, also activities in nature form kayaking, hiking to camping etc
Being Animal flow instructor and A.C.E. Personal Trainer , Yoga and Sound Healing Teacher, ANFT Certified Forest Bathing Guide, always eager to learn new knowledge, combine what I learned, practiced and share with students.
No matter you are interested in physical training or spiritual aspect of life, I believe we can find our common ground and explore together !
