🌅🥾 (Weekend) Sunset Walks: Walnut Springs Trail (Seguin) 🥾🌅

Weekday too busy? Let’s slow things down together this weekend in Seguin’s hidden gem.

Join us for a leisurely evening walk along Seguin’s Walnut Springs Trail, starting from Seguin Public Library 📚. The trail follows the banks of Walnut Branch, winding over walkways and bridges through a lush tree canopy that keeps things cool and serene 🌳.

🌿 Along this roughly 2-mile out-and-back route, you’ll see playful squirrels scampering along the trees, small fish darting in the creek below and basking turtles on logs 🐿️🐟🐢.

🌆 We’ll start at 7:00 PM, giving us enough time to enjoy the cooler temps and take in the golden hour light filtering through the leaves 🌅.

All experience levels welcome! Whether you’re a regular hiker or just looking to unwind after a long day, this trail is perfect for everyone. Come solo, bring a friend, or make new connections. Let’s keep our evening walking tradition going! 🌅

📍 Where: Seguin Public Library (313 W Nolte St, Seguin, TX 78155)
📍 Meeting Point: Outside the Library entrance
🥾 Distance: ~2 miles
🕒 Duration: ~1 to 1.5 hours
⚠️ Terrain: Mostly flat and paved, with walkways and bridges
⚠️ Difficulty: Easy – beginner-friendly
🧭 Pace: ~2.7 mph (steady but social)
🐶 Dog Policy: Leashed dogs welcome
🚰 Amenities – Benches, easy parking.
