Healing SoundBath with Guided Meditation to Clear-Out Old Trauma

Greetings everyone! Some of you have probably seen me before at Good Vibe Tribe events, I'm the one who wears the angel wings and kindness posters on my back!

All are welcome to this event: it's co-ed so bring your romantic partner or bestie! I will be hosting one of my gentle healing Guided Meditations with Multi-Vibrational Sound Therapy instruments on Monday March 9th, 2026. Doors will open 6:30/6:45pm, we will start at 7pm: please strive to not be late so you don't miss anything or disturb the meditation once it starts.
The Epic Healing Meditation is a Guided Meditation where I gently walk you through your energy body to examine it, and then clear-out old pain, energies, blockages, trauma, and/or emotions from your past that have been weighing you down, and keep you from being your best self shining your brightest light!

I start with sound instruments to get your mind and body relaxed, soothed, and prepared to go within. This experience will leave you feeling lighter, more at peace, more confident, and shed of some past pain.

👕What to wear: Be sure to dress comfortably in loose clothing.

🥤What to bring: I recommend that you bring a yoga mat to lay on (home has hard laminate flooring), a small pillow for under your head, a blanket if you prefer one, if you want an eye mask, and your sealed water bottle (optional).
I do have some spare pillows and blankets: first come first served unless you bring your own.

📖Optional: You may also want to bring your journal if you like to journal about whatever comes up for you after the meditation.

🚗Parking: First arrivals may park in the driveway as available. Parking in the cul-de-sac is limited if you can find spots, but there's plenty of free street parking along Pecan Hollow Street close to the house.
