Co-Ed Epic Healing Guided Meditation with Sound-Bath

I will be hosting one of my gentle healing Guided Meditations with Multi-Vibrational Sound Therapy instruments on Tuesday September 22nd, 2026. Doors will open at 6:40pm, we will start 7pm: please strive to not be late so you don't miss anything, and have time to set up your "nest".
The Epic Healing Meditation is a Guided Meditation where I gently walk you through each energy center in your body to examine it, and then clear-out old pain, energies, blockages, and/or emotions from your past that keep you from being your best self, and shining your brightest light!
I start with sound instruments to get your mind and body soothed, and prepared to go within. This experience will leave you feeling lighter, more at peace, more confident as you are, and shed some old past pain.

👕What to wear: Be sure to dress comfortably in loose clothing.

🥤What to bring: I recommend that you bring a yoga mat to lay on (I have about 3 available for people who don't own their own), a small pillow for under your head (I do have several available if you need one), a blanket if you prefer one (I have like 4 available), if you want an eye mask bring your own (optional), and your water bottle (optional). {Side bonus note: bringing your favorite crystal(s) and wearing essential oils can highly enhance your energetic healing experience.}

🚗Parking: The first 2 arrivals may park in the driveway side-by-side. Parking in the cul-de-sac is limited, but there's plenty of free street parking along Pecan Hollow Street.

❤️My time & efforts are valuable, so I'm placing a small fee of $15 to make sure I know how many people are serious to show up. If you can't make it after paying, just let me know and you may have a refund or credit for a future workshop.
