Guided Healing Experience with Sound Bath

I will be hosting one of my gentle healing Guided Meditations with Multi-Vibrational Sound Therapy instruments on Sunday November 15th, 2026. Doors will open at 2:40pm, we will start about 3pm-3:10pm: please strive to not be late so you don't miss anything, and have time to set up your "nest".
The Epic Healing Meditation is a Guided Meditation where I gently walk you through a process to clear-out old pain, emotional baggage, heavy energies, blockages, and/or negative emotions from your past, that keep you from being your best-self and shining your brightest light! I start with sound instruments to get your mind and body soothed and prepared to go within, and continue to play them throughout the experience. This experience will leave you feeling lighter, more at peace, more confident you are, and shed some old past pain.
***This is a wonderful investment in yourself to feel better!!***
