Google SREs work within a vast ecosystem of interconnected services. During outages, SREs must be able to quickly troubleshoot issues in order to diagnose and mitigate them.

Effective Troubleshooting explains troubleshooting from problem report to resolution using an orderly process derived from the scientific method.

Come learn about how Google promotes a troubleshooting mindset to resolve production issues and how to improve troubleshooting strategies for yourself and your team.

The presentation will be 30 minutes, followed by a Q&A and then a social hour with other Google SREs.
