Even these wonderfully spot-on recent TV commercials aren't connecting with consumers who've long been out of touch with how Google can help them. It's pretty clear that Google has historically focused more of it's intellectual capital on engineering than on marketing, so these YouTube & primetime TV spots are refreshing! The momentum is shifting.
