Black Girls Lift: 2019 Kick-off Featuring Ernestine Shepherd
Get ready, get motivated, and get excited to work-out with Ernestine Shepherd at the 2019 Black Girls Lift: Kick-off Event! This event will consist of a 1-hour mat-based, body weight work-out with fitness trainer, Ernestine Shepherd, a 1-hour motivational speech, and an option 30-minute photograpy session with Ernestine Shepherd. You will leave this event feeling inspired, and motivated to begin or maintain a work-out program. PRICES: -General Admission - Early bird: $40 per person -General Admission: $50 per person -Professional Photo with Ernestine: +$25 per person -VIP (Seated in 1st 5 rows): +25 per person -Black Girls Lift T-Shirts (V-Neck): $25 per T-shirt -Black Girls Lift Water Bottle: $15 per bottle SESSIONS (EARLY AFTERNOON AND LATE AFTERNOON): There will be an early afternoon session (12PM-2:30PM) and a late afternoon session (4PM-6:30PM). Both sessions will take place at the Riverside Epicenter in the gymnasium. Both sessions are IDENTICAL. Please only register for one session! PHOTOS WITH ERNESTINE (OPTIONAL FOR $25 PER PHOTO): The first 30 minutes of the event have been alotted for the photographer to take professional photos with Ernestine. If you do choose to take a photo with Ernestine, we recommend arriving for the event as early as hour before the posted event time to avoid long lines. Your photo with Ernestine Shepherd will be provided within a week after the event. Photos with Ernestine Shepherd *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* as this will be your only opportunity to meet and talk to Ernestine Shepherd.
