This event is for anyone who wants to clear the noise and come back to center without forcing it. If you’ve been stressed or overstimulated, you’ll have space to release what’s been building. If you’re doing fine and simply want sharper focus and more presence for what matters, this will help you feel calm, clear, and quietly energized.
This circle is part of our monthly series designed to shift your inner state and unlock your inner potential. We’ll practice conscious connected breathwork, a powerful technique that helps quiet the thinking mind and clear old patterns, tension, and emotional weight. When your state changes, your choices get cleaner and your next steps feel more natural.

If you’re new, come at 1:30 PM for a warm orientation and technique primer. Returning attendees join at 2:00 PM for the main journey. We’ll close by 4:00 PM.
