Holotropic-Inspired Breathwork to Return to Steady Power
GoShine Today, 370 Bridge Pkwy #2, Redwood City, CA, Redwood City, CA, USFather’s Day tends to spotlight strength. But for many of us, strength became bracing. Tight jaw. Staying composed. Pushing through. If that’s familiar, join us to meet the protector inside you, release what it’s been carrying, and return to steady power that feels clear, calm, and alive.
Come if you’re overwhelmed. Come if you’re doing well and want to feel even steadier. This is strength that doesn’t require tension.
So many of us learned that being strong means being tight. Staying composed. Staying in control. Pushing through. Even when life is good, that quiet bracing can become the background of your days.
This breathwork journey is for anyone who wants a different kind of strength. Calm strength. Present strength. The kind that makes you more patient, more clear, and more available to the people you love. You’ll have space to unwind the pressure and return to steady power that feels good to live inside.
This circle is part of our monthly series designed to shift your inner state and unlock your inner potential. We’ll practice conscious connected breathwork, a powerful technique that helps quiet the thinking mind and clear old patterns, tension, and emotional weight. When your state changes, your choices get cleaner and your next steps feel more natural.
⭐ A recent participant shared:
> “I’ve done therapy for years, but this was different. I could finally feel something shift. I walked out lighter, clearer, and more myself than I’ve felt in a long time.”
This is the power of breath — especially when held in community, practiced consistently.

Clearing space for the summer light with Reiki & Sound Bath
GoShine Today, 370 Bridge Pkwy #2, Redwood City, CA, Redwood City, CA, USJoin Cindi Fisse, healer visiting from Mt Shasta for a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath to prepare your energy for the new season.
We will be gathering right under the waning moon—the natural cycle for letting go of stress, slowing down, and releasing any lingering spring heaviness. As we approach the Summer Solstice, this is your intentional pause to ground your nervous system, empty your cup, and step into summer’s vibrant energy feeling completely refreshed and aligned.
As a bonus, enjoy delicious food at the fabulous waterfront restaurant Mistral—at a discount right after or within 7 days of the event.
Why sound healing with Reiki?
It’s more than beautiful—it’s medicine. Immersing in harmonic vibrations helps brainwaves synchronize, lowers stress hormones, and opens pathways to deep meditative states. Many people describe leaving a sound bath feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
The combination of sound and Reiki energy, guided by Cindi Fisse, a master Reiki teacher from Mount Shasta, helps release emotional blockages, fostering resilience, inner balance, and a profound sense of calm. These two somatic modalities amplify each other, allowing you to arrive in a state of clarity and ease that can linger for days.
