We’ll practice conscious connected breathwork, a powerful technique that helps quiet the thinking mind and clear old patterns, tension, and emotional weight. When your state changes, your choices get cleaner and your next steps feel more natural.

If you’re new, come at 1:30 PM for a warm orientation and technique primer. Returning attendees join at 2:00 PM for the main journey. We’ll close by 4:00 PM.
