About us

Joining the Table
If you’re looking for a place to be yourself, share a laugh or a deep thought over a healthy, premium meal, I invite you to join me. I am not seeking seat-fillers; I want the right person to share the next seat.

My Vision
The most meaningful human connections happen at a small table over exceptional food. This space is for like-minded, intellectually curious women who value a salon environment, a single shared conversation, and real-life substance.

The Experience
I host monthly dinners at the Bay Area’s most unique, healthy, and high-quality restaurants, rarely repeating a location. We are all about discovering and exploring our next experience together.
To preserve the evening’s intimacy, my table typically seats up to 6 guests, ensuring everyone is actively involved in the conversation. Because seats are limited, if an event is full, join the waitlist. The system will automatically roll you into the "Going" list if a spot opens up.

Fairness in Billing
Because most restaurants don’t provide separate checks for groups, I usually handle the billing at the table to ensure fairness.

  • Individual Totals: I calculate your individual total so you’re only responsible for what you personally ordered, plus your share of tax, gratuity, and living wage charges.
  • The process: I pay the final bill at the restaurant. I ask members to reimburse me via Venmo or cash before we leave the table. This way, no one subsidizes another person’s meal.

The Calendar Strategy
I value your time, my time, and the rhythm of our shared meal.

  • My response time: Since I handle 7 events each month, it might take me some time to respond to individual messages or membership requests.
  • The Reliability Pact: In an intimate group, every seat is vital to the evening’s dynamics. I request a 24-hour notice for any RSVP changes to respect our fellow diners and the restaurant’s reservation.
  • "No-Show" is defined as failing to attend an event you RSVP’d for, or canceling after the 24-hour window has closed without direct communication. To protect the integrity of the table, a No-Show results in immediate removal from the group.

The Commitment Standard
To maintain an active and fair community, I monitor RSVP patterns to ensure spots are available for those who truly intend to attend. Members who habitually hold seats only to withdraw as the date nears—specifically those with a dropout rate exceeding 50% over their last five RSVPs—will be removed to make space for more committed diners.
