Kim Koster, VP of GovCon Strategy, is a respected voice in government contracting with more than 35 years of experience advising project-based organizations on how to operate smarter, grow sustainably, and compete more effectively. Her work centers on project accounting, delivery excellence, and using data to drive better business decisions. She has held senior leadership roles at Deltek, ATK, Raytheon Missile Systems, and the JAVELIN Joint Venture, bringing a rare blend of practitioner insight and strategic perspective. As co-author of the annual GAUGE Report, Kim helps shape industry conversations through benchmarking and research that guide executives on what’s working, what’s changing, and where to focus next.
Kean Reilly is a Senior Manager in CohnReznick's Government Contracting Advisory Practice. In this role, Kean focuses on advising clients on the management and use of government funding as well as leading the analysis of cost incurred and invoiced on government projects. Kean performs analyses of client performance on government awards to advise on improvements related to indirect rate development and optimization, business systems and internal control processes, project management, reporting functions, and proposal assistance in line with criteria such as Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Uniform Administrative Guidance (2 CFR 200).
With more than 15 years of government contracting experience in the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Inspector General (IG) offices, along with extensive industry experience, Kean has built strong understanding of the processes, procedures, and fundamentals of government contracting practices.
