Chris Crowder, EVP of GovCon Management and Growth, leads Unanet’s GovCon business unit. He is responsible for collaborating with Unanet customers, partners, key industry stakeholders, and his colleagues in product, sales, customer success, and marketing to grow and enhance our GovCon customers’ experience with Unanet.

Prior to joining Unanet, Chris was a principal at Baker Tilly, where his practice focused on providing technology and other business solutions to Government Contractors and Federal agencies. He also previously held leadership positions with BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen.

Chris serves on the board of SECAF (Small & Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum) and is an active member of PSC (Professional Services Council), NVTC (Northern Virginia Technology Council), and other industry organizations. Chris holds a BS from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Kim Koster, VP of GovCon Strategy, is a respected voice in government contracting with more than 35 years of experience advising project-based organizations on how to operate smarter, grow sustainably, and compete more effectively. Her work centers on project accounting, delivery excellence, and using data to drive better business decisions. She has held senior leadership roles at Deltek, ATK, Raytheon Missile Systems, and the JAVELIN Joint Venture, bringing a rare blend of practitioner insight and strategic perspective. As co-author of the annual GAUGE Report, Kim helps shape industry conversations through benchmarking and research that guide executives on what’s working, what’s changing, and where to focus next.
