Grafana provides a powerful and flexible way to visualize and monitor data from various sources, including Snowflake. When combined with Apache Kafka, organizations can build real-time telemetry dashboards that enhance observability and decision-making.

This talk will walk through building end-to-end telemetry dashboards using Grafana, with Snowflake as the data source and Kafka as the data streaming backbone. We’ll cover setting up the integration, ingesting real-time data using Snowflake’s Kafka Connector, and importing customized dashboards into Grafana.

The speaker will be Fawaz Ghali (Developer Relations at Snowflake). Fawaz is an experienced expert with over 25 years in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, Product Management, and Go-To-Market strategies. I specialize in fostering vibrant developer ecosystems and driving product adoption through innovative, community-focused strategies. With a PhD in Computer Science, I combine technical depth and business acumen to deliver impactful solutions.
