Here's the detailed agenda of the meetup :
- 10:00 am - Intro and Welcome
- 10:30 am- 11:05 am:
  Session 1: AI-Powered Autonomous Incident Investigation, Kushal Gangan (Principal Architect (DevOps), Caizin)
  About Session: This session explores how AI agents can transform Grafana alerting into intelligent incident investigation. Through a live demo, I will show how agents correlate metrics, logs, Kubernetes events, and recent deployments to identify root causes and recommend fixes directly into a PR. I will also discuss autonomous investigations, guardrails, and human approval to make AI-assisted incident response reliable and safe.
- 11:10 am - 11:45 am:
  Session 2: Managing GitHub with a Custom Kubernetes Controller, Abhilash Supare (Devops Engineer, OpenGov)
  About Session: The problem: GitHub has no desired state, and managing it with one shared Terraform workspace made every change slow.
  Why a controller: Kubernetes is already a reconcile engine. An honest look at the alternatives (Terraform, Crossplane, GitHub rulesets), and the price of building our own.
  The design: a YAML file as the API, the path from a request form to a live repo, the reconcile loop, detecting and reverting drift, and calling GitHub without getting throttled.
  Making delete safe: tombstones, a deletion cap, finalizers and an admission policy that blocks kubectl delete, and the lessons we learned the hard way.
  Live demo (about 6 min): merge a PR and a repo appears, break its branch protection by hand and watch it heal.

  Session 3: LGTM: Ship the database, Pranav Joglekar (Founding Engineer, Infino AI)
  About Session: This talk covers how we use our self hosted LGTM stack ( Loki, Grafana, Tempo & Mimir ) to help us build & scale Infino.
  - Introduction about Infino, its architecture & why latency matters for us.
  - What is LGTM and how Infino uses the stack and other features, especially from the POV of a database company
  - Deep dive into tempo, tracing & profiling in rust. What it is, how to set it up & use it.
  - Distributed tracing and how it's orchestrated ( at Infino ). ( ui.perfetto.dev for profiling )
  - Talk about how we were able to 10x the optimizer speed and how tracing helped us do this quickly and confidently.
  - Using it in the age of AI with an MCP demo.
- 12:30 pm - 01:05 pm:
  Session 4: Platform Data Analytics Observability: Turning Platform Telemetry into Actionable Insights, Mohammad Zuber Rangari (Platform Engineer, OpenGov)
  About Session: Building effective observability through metrics, logs, and traces to identify performance trends and anomalies.
