ONLINE Guided Imagery Meditation for Tranquility and Well-Being every Tuesday evening.

The purpose in presenting the meditation space is to provide a positive sense of well-being through guided visualization. Previous meditation experience is not a requirement, only a desire to experience a time of quietness and serenity is.  Every week features a new topic that encourages brief sharing thereby inspiring a peaceful and creative visualization.

I offer this time to others in gratitude that my niece overcame a dire prognosis through both allopathic and holistic means.

This is a non-denominational general meditation.
