Welcome to our Beginner Muay Thai Conditioning class! This class is all about getting you moving, having fun, and building your strength, stamina, and confidence—no experience required. Whether you’ve never thrown a punch before or just want a new way to get in shape, this is the perfect place to start.
Every class kicks off with a simple, full-body warm-up to get your blood flowing, loosen your joints, and get you ready to move. From there, we’ll dive into the basics of Muay Thai—the art of eight limbs—covering punches, kicks, knees, and elbows in easy-to-follow steps. Don’t worry about getting it perfect right away; we focus on learning proper form at your own pace, so you feel safe and supported while still getting a great workout.
The heart of the class is our high-energy drills. You’ll hit pads, bags, and work through fun partner exercises designed to build your fitness while improving coordination, agility, and endurance. Each exercise can be scaled to match your fitness level, so you’ll always feel challenged but never overwhelmed.
