What we’re about
~ Our name is now Grand Rapids Lesbian Social, GiRLS for short.
~ We strive to be a part of a vibrant women’s community in the Grand Rapids region.
~ There are a number of members willing to be Group Admins, but the community relies on you (as members) to post events, participate in chats, post pictures, and be friendly/socialize. If you think of something fun/interesting to do, chances are others in our community may like to join. Post an event to invite them! The steps for inviting others to an event are easy!
~ Community Etiquette: Be kind, assume the best, communicate well (change of plans, cancelling, running late), help leave a good impression of our group at events.
