NCTA Grand Traverse Chapter - October Meeting: International Hut-to-Hut Hikes

Our next meeting of the Grand Traverse Chapter of NCTA is Tuesday, October 21, 7:00 pm at the Boardman River Nature Center. We have an exciting change to the program!

Please join Sara Cockrell as she shares some of her favorite memories of her international hut-to-hut hikes in the Italian Dolomites, Switzerland, New Zealand, Patagonia, Everest, Pyrenees, Corsica, Norway & Iceland. If you enjoy stunning mountain views, you will be in awe, too, especially when tandem skydiving from 12,000 ft over The Remarkable mountains in NZ, admiring the world's tallest mountains from Gokyo Ri at 17,858 ft, stuck in a gondola on Mont Blanc, and tandem parasailing in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. Every hike is an adventure; you just never know what to expect around the next corner!
