Welcome to the Graph: Intro to Graphs

Graph database technologies are enabling comprehensive representation and sophisticated analysis of complex data domains across health care, finance, security, enterprise data management, and beyond.

In this meetup we will begin with a presentation going over the basics of graph databases and the advantages they present in understanding the complex relationships that existing within connected data.

We will follow up exploring Cypher and Neo4j, a property graph database technology, with the aide of a Neo4j Engineer. He will walk us through sample queries and questions one might use a graph database for.

Your questions, your interests, and your ideas will be the foundation of GraphDB DC as move forward in exploring all that graph databases have to offer.
