In each 45-minute circle, we’ll experience through practical exercises the power of gratitude and kindness. We will reflect and act, write and internalise, meditate and experience them - not as feel-good fluff, but as life-shifting tools.

And when you start to practise them consistently, not just once in a while, your world begins to shift. You start attracting better thoughts, better people, better experiences.
You start becoming the ripple.

Because here’s the truth:
The more you notice what’s good, the more good shows up.
The more kindness you give, the more it flows back to you, often in the most unexpected, beautiful ways.
