Gratitude Village is an affordable, Net Zero, cohousing community of 40 up to 56 fully accessible homes in development on Denver's west side (west of I25). We are negotiating a 6 acre site in Westminster now and plan to hold design workshops in 2026.

Join us for an engaging session as we explore the vision of building a sustainable and inclusive community. Meet future neighbors who share a passion for creating a thriving environment that values sustainability, community, and affordability. Our conversations will focus on healthy aging, senior housing, co-housing and the importance of family-friendly spaces within our community. Learn about our nonprofit and how we are building a cohesive neighborhood that supports all residents.

Drawing inspiration from renowned cohousing pioneer and architect Charles Durrett, we will discuss the practical steps towards starting a cohousing community and implementing sustainable practices within our neighborhood. Whether you are interested in affordable housing, sustainability, or simply fostering a close-knit community, this event is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and shape the future of Gratitude Village.

This is our General Info Session with a chance to meet future residents and ask all your questions!
