Join us for a 5 or 10 km walk starting from Layritz Park

Meet at the far corner of the Vancouver Island Technology Park parking lot. Go down Markham Street and follow signs to the VITP. (Saanich V8Z 7X8). Registration opens at 9:30 am and closes at 9:55 am. The walk begins at 10:00 am. An attractive walk with lots of trails and good views. There is a 30-metre ascent and descent at the start of both walks so poles may be useful and, of course, good footwear. Both routes are rated 2C. For an explanation of walk ratings click here.

Regular walkers do not necessarily indicate their attendance on Meetup, but our weekday walks typically attract 10 to 12 people; on weekends typical attendance is between 15 and 40 people.
