Sunrise Toastmasters - Communication, Public Speaking & Leadership Training
·OnlineOnlineJoin us for a 1-hour session of communication! This is your moment to hone your skills of persuasion, presentation, and public speaking.
Our friendly and inspiring team will host the meeting, so you have nothing to worry about. Hear prepared speeches (5-7 minutes long), watch impromptu speaking (where members answer a fun question for 1-2 minutes), and have a go at presenting for 1-2 minutes yourself (only if you feel ready, it's your choice)!
Come back as many times as you like! We love having you.
Open to anyone from all around the world! Whether you're up early, having your afternoon break, or easing into your evening. Uplift your day with some good-humoured, warm-hearted banter.
Our members dial in from the US, Mexico, the UK, the Middle East, and Asia, to name a few.

A bit about us:
Sunrise Toastmasters has been holding meetings for 46 years since it was founded in 1980.Before holding virtual meetings via Zoom in March 2020, our meetings had been held at Cone Health’s Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States. We have attracted many Cone Health employees and affiliates to our membership, and we continue to grow internationally.
