How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

GRID Reston is led by Mark Beckett, Mike Webber, Nicole Renzetti.
Mr. Beckett has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, investing and construction. He has worked for several regional and national land developers and home-building companies and has managed the acquisition, entitlement, land development, and construction process for multiple residential projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Mike is an agent/investor with the CAZA Group. He has been a full-time agent for 3 years and an investor for 6. As an investor, Mike always looks to buy and hold, but he will use any strategy that makes sense for any given opportunity.
As an agent, Mike specialize in working with investors.
Mike is the househack king.
He is interested in sharing his path and showing people how they can go from their W-2 jobs to full-time in real estate.
Nicole Renzetti is a real estate agent specializing in first-time homebuyers and short-term rental investors.
She is licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia and serves as the eXp Young Professionals State Leader for West Virginia.
As a GRID Leader of the real estate investment community in Reston, VA, Nicole brings her expertise to the room to help buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the market and build wealth.
