GRID Reston is a real estate community built by investors for investors. We are a group of real people doing real deals.
Our core mission is to connect to, learn from, and collaborate with like-minded people interested in building wealth and creating impact through real estate.
We welcome investors of all experience levels. We are life-long learners and believe everyone has value to share.

How it works
We meet once a month, 12 months a year, on the same day, week, and time of the month. Each month we cover a different investing topic in the Lifecycle of an Investor—ranging from wholesaling to rehabbing to becoming a bank through private lending.
Our meetings are not sales pitches. They are opportunities for us to dive deep into a real estate topic, connect with local experts in our marketplace, and build long-term relationships with other doers and deal-makers.

GRID Reston is led by Mark Beckett, Mike Webber, Nicole Renzetti, and Brandon Wagner.
Mr. Beckett has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, investing and construction. He has worked for several regional and national land developers and home-building companies and has managed the acquisition, entitlement, land development, and construction process for multiple residential projects throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Mike is an agent/investor with the CAZA Group. He has been a full-time agent for 3 years and an investor for 6. As an investor, Mike always looks to buy and hold, but he will use any strategy that makes sense for any given opportunity.
As an agent, Mike specialize in working with investors.
Mike is the househack king.
He is interested in sharing his path and showing people how they can go from their W-2 jobs to full-time in real estate.

As a GRID Leader of the real estate investment community in Reston, VA, Nicole brings her expertise to the room to help buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the market and build wealth.

Brandon Wagner is an investor-friendly and investment-focused real estate agent who brings firsthand experience to the table—because he’s an investor himself.
With deep knowledge of cash flow, appreciation, long-term rentals (LTR), mid-term rentals (MTR), short-term rentals (STR), and fix-and-flip strategies, Brandon understands exactly what fellow investors are looking for.
He also offers access to a wide network of trusted professionals in the investment space, including private and hard money lenders, property managers, contractors, wholesalers, and more. Through CAZA, Brandon helps clients navigate the investment landscape with a true one-stop-shop approach.
A Frederick, Maryland native, Brandon has called Northern Virginia home since 2018. In July 2022, he married the love of his life and made a bold leap—leaving a career in aerospace engineering to pursue his passion for real estate. Outside of work, he’s all about adventure, travel, sports, and lifelong learning.
