Grief is a personal journey without a prescribed timeline. Our group provides a compassionate space for both those who are newly bereaved and those who have been grieving for a longer time. We gather to offer mutual support through authentic sharing, attentive listening, heartfelt witnessing, and guided discussions, all fostering a greater sense of connection and community.
In this safe and compassionate group space you can Build Connections, Gain Insight, Explore Grieving Tools, Develop Coping Skills, and so much more.
When? Third Wednesday of each month, 7 pm - 8:30 pm
Where? Unity Sanctuary, 1871 Geary Road, Walnut Creek, CA 94597
Cost? $25, with sliding scale so no one is turned away for lack of funds
Facilitator Veronica Wolfe, PCC, CPCC, ORSC intimately understands the intense pain and the complex journey of grief. As a bereaved mom, she empathizes deeply with your loss and is here to support you.
A certified David Kessler grief educator and coach, she advocates for grief to be witnessed for validation, connection, growth, and healing. With over 20 years of experience as a facilitator and coach, Veronica is known for holding safe space and adeptly managing group dynamics. She has been actively involved at Unity of Walnut Creek for over 20 years including service as a Prayer Chaplain leader, and founder of a long-running weekly spiritual growth group.
