# 🚀 Hands-on: Spec-Driven Development
👋 Bring your laptop — this is a hands-on evening!
This month we go beyond just asking AI to write code. We'll practise Spec-Driven Development: settle the problem, the plan, and what "done" means — before any code exists — then let a free AI coding agent build it. 🤖🛠️
## 🕒 What time?
📅 19:30 – Doors open. After a short intro, we build a real project together on our laptops.

🧠 Trivia App — a Kahoot-style quiz you join with a code
🎚️ Music Sequencer — a browser beat-machine with toggles and sliders
Same spec-driven flow for both. Beginners follow a guided path; experienced devs chase the stretch goals. Facilitators help all evening. 🤝
## 💸 No paid AI subscription needed
We use OpenCode (free & open source) with a free model. Setup takes ~15 min we will guide you through it during the meetup.
