Thank you for joining our group!! We are a friendly social group of age 55+ men and women, that has formed many friendships between our members. We require that your face be clearly visible on your photo, of you alone, so people will recognize you as a member at our events. We try really hard to plan a good variety of events and usually have several events planned each week. If you have suggestions for possible MeetUp events, please message or speak to an Organizer.

The free Meetup app, available for both iPhone and Android from app stores, will help you keep up to date on what is happening. Please check the boxes in the meetup app allowing notifications of events and emails from organizers. Also you should allow messages from other members of the group, so event hosts can reach you when necessary. We ask that if you RSVP yes, and can't come, please change your RSVP to Not Going. You do not have to RSVP at all if you are not planning to attend. No showing events you are signed up for is not cool.

New Beginnings has a 30-day free trial period, then annual dues of $20 per year. New member dues can be paid online by using the dues status bar on the group photo page in the app. NOTE: You should pay your annual dues before the end of the free trial period to avoid being automatically removed by the meetup software without warning and loose your place at events you plan to attend. Try to attend several events in those first 30 days, so you get a feel for who we are.

Our management team continued to work during the pandemic to post safe activities for our members. We strive to be a welcoming group for new members, so have fun and get to know some new friends. We all welcome you!
