Are you feeling stuck, caught in reactive patterns, or having a hard time following through on things that matter to you?

It's easy to blame external circumstances for why you're not where you want to be in life. Or maybe you've been telling yourself you struggle with discipline, willpower, or motivation. But none of that is what's actually happening underneath the surface. Stress, nervous system dysregulation, and your subconscious mind are what cause automatic reactions like procrastination or habits that aren't serving you.

In this workshop, you'll identify an area of life where you're feeling stuck, and I'll guide you in a process of deepening mind-body awareness to explore what's really getting in your way. We'll then use mindfulness-based self-regulation strategies and self-reflective journaling to work with limiting beliefs, emotional discomfort, and reactivity.

The session will close with a heart-centered meditation to help you connect to authentic motivation, and what getting unstuck looks and feels like for you so you can walk away feeling ready to take intentional, grounded, and aligned action.
