Nature is the perfect example of mindfulness... everything is just as it is, from moment to moment.
In this guided mindfulness experience, we'll emulate nature as we take a leisurely walk in the park and embrace everything each moment has to offer. We'll then come to a space to pause, and you can choose to stand, sit, or lay down as I guide you in a gentle breathing exercise to reduce stress, followed by a mindfulness meditation to deepen presence, self-connection, and inner peace.
*No prior mindfulness or meditation experience required. All fitness levels welcome.
*We'll meet at the playground at Bryan Park. Be sure to bring something to drink to stay hydrated and wear whatever will be most comfortable to walk in.
