Nature is the perfect example of mindfulness. Nothing is trying to get anywhere else, the trees aren't trying to grow into the biggest strongest trees that ever lived, the deer aren't running around asking if their coat makes them look fat... everything is just as it is, from moment to moment.

In this guided mindfulness experience, we'll emulate nature as we walk through the park and embrace everything each moment has to offer. We'll then come to a space to pause, and you can choose to stand, sit, or lay down as I guide you in a gentle breathing exercise to reduce stress, and a mindfulness meditation to deepen presence, self-connection, and inner peace.

*No prior mindfulness or meditation experience required. All fitness levels welcome.

*We'll meet at the playground at Bryan Park. Be sure to bring something to drink and wear comfortable clothing and shoes to walk in.
