Looking for a way to start your week off from a grounded place? Let's slow down, connect within, and meet the moment as it is.

Each session will start with a brief introduction to accommodate all levels of experience, followed by a mindfulness practice to support stress management and deeper presence.

Practices will vary from week to week with meditation, gentle breathing exercises, mind-body awareness, gratitude, self-compassion, and leaning into stillness.
