Soothe those Sunday Scaries with a calming meditation at Shields Lake.

We'll start with a brief introduction to accommodate all levels of experience, followed by a guided meditation practice for grounding and relaxation, and time for optional journaling and sharing at the end.

You're welcome to sit or lie down directly on the ground, or bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, or lawn chair if that would feel more comfortable.
