### 🎯Event Purpose

To help participants quickly share their startup ideas, skills, and find the right co-founder by making their vision and needs visible to everyone in the room.

### 📄 Preparation (If You Have a Startup Idea)

1 Page – Idea Overview
On an A4 (or larger) sheet of paper, write clearly with a marker or print out:

• One-sentence idea summary (What problem are you solving?)
• Stage of development (Idea, MVP, launched, etc.)
• Skillset needed (e.g., developer, marketer, designer, operations)

Example:

• Name & Idea: iES - A non-profit initiative helping founders to start startups/projects from scratch in Finland
• Stage: MVP building / Pre-launched
• Looking for: Passionate Helper, Grant writer, Marketer, Event management

### 📄 Preparation (If You Don't Have a Startup Idea)

1 Page – Personal Overview
On an A4 (or larger) sheet of paper, write clearly with a marker or print out:

• Interest industry (e.g., tech, mechanical, design, banking)
• Skill set (e.g., developer, marketer, designer, operations)
• Commitment (e.g., co-founder, intern, full-time, part-time)

Example:

• Interest industry: Anything apart from gambling or similar
• Skill set: Data Engineering, Marketer, Web Development
• Commitment: Co-founder, Equity-based worker, part-time

See the example, Personal Overview and Idea Overview Demo pages attached as pictures below if needed. Prepare the Personal Overview and Idea Overview Demo pages from home if possible. If you have several ideas, then please create several idea overview pages so that those can be readable by Others from a distance. On an A4 (or larger) sheet of paper, write clearly with a marker or print out if you have a printer. At the event, we will have some A4 papers and markers available so that you can prepare them in the event, too, if needed.

Moreover, you can bring any additional materials to demonstrate your projects to others, including a pitch deck, materials in your phone or laptop, etc.

### 🧠 At the Event

• Hold your paper or put it on the table in front of you for others to browse.
• Connect with potential co-founders and discuss ideas
• We can continue the discussion after the event in a nearby bar or cafe if someone is willing to join.
