Roll. Learn. Connect. BJJ Public Open Mat
Details
Groundwork Open Mat is a free community open mat in Newham.
It's a chance to get on the mats with people from across East London’s BJJ community.
Come for some rolls, meet new training partners, share what you know and enjoy your time together.
Whatever team you train with, you’re welcome.
Bring a good attitude, look after your partners and help make it a session everyone wants to come back to.
We are all about building a strong, inclusive community. If you have a friend, teammate, or regular training partner who would enjoy the session, please invite them along! The more people we have from different backgrounds and academies, the better the training is for everyone.
You can learn more about our open mat and the work Grappling with Life does with young people here, at grapplingwithlife.org.
