Open Gym is a great way to get a solid workout in while still having support. The workout is written on the board, so you know exactly what to do, and you can move at your own pace. A trainer is always there if you have questions, need help with form, or want guidance along the way. While the trainer may also be working with personal training clients, they’re still available to support you.

Please be sure to still RSVP if you plan on coming during a specific Open Gym time block, and communicate with the trainer scheduled for that block so we can plan accordingly.
