GroupRides Forum (www.GroupRides.com) is comprised of a group of local riders who get together and go on [fun rides](https://www.meetup.com/grouprides/photos/). We ride all sorts of roads, from smooth sweepers to twisties to tight and bumpy goat trails ..... from Monterey Peninsula to San Francisco Bay, the North Bay, the Inland Valleys and all the way to the Sierra Foothills. Half Moon Bay Coffee Company, 20 Stone Pine Road #A, Half Moon Bay, CA, USGRF Saturday Ride !!
A mellow_ish but technical and fun moto ride thru area codes 650, 408 and 831.
A zig-zaggy guided tour through picturesque back-roads of Santa Cruz Mountains, surrounded by trees, creeks, hills, valleys, wind, sun, good earth and the mighty Pacific.Rain, Fire, Earthquake, Polar Vortex, Tsunami, etc, will cancel. Not recommended for newbies.

• When: Saturday 8/22, arrive 10:00 AM (for coffee, gossip and group hug); KSU 10:30 AM. Let's start the ride with a full tank and an empty bladder ;-)
• Where: Half Moon Bay Coffee Company (Main & Stone Pine, HMB)

• Gear: Head to toe. Jeans and tennis shoes don't cut it.
• Motorcycle: Yes, please bring one with you ;-)
• Route: Technical - - - some of the finest back-roads in 650, 408 and 831 area codes. There will be stretches of smooth & creamy glorious tarmac, accompanied by technical bumpy sections, twists & turns with a splash of diminishing radius. This ride is appropriate for riders with >10K miles and >2 years of seat time.
• Pace: Civilized
• Lunch: Probably Davenport.
• Ride ends around ~3:00-4:00 PM back in civilization (somewhere along Skyline).
