Reimar Kosack is a German tech strategist and leadership mentor who left corporate boardrooms to rethink how we work. After two decades building digital ecosystems and leading international teams, he moved to the top of the Algarve mountains, not to retire, but to reinvent work itself.
From his base in Monchique, he helps CEOs and founders design leaner, more human-centered organizations through fractional leadership, AI, and radical simplicity. Reimar is an active member of Algarve Evolution and the local ambassador for Monchique, connecting global innovation with regional authenticity.About us
