Hi, I’m Mong San Ping, founder of a mattress business I started 6 years ago. I was an employee most of my life, and I knew I have to start something of my own. I am glad I did it at an age of 46. It is never late, and it is definitely better than never.

In the early days of my business, I was comfortable running things the usual way, working on my computer in my store alone, until I realized that real business growth happens when we step out of our comfort zone.
