Welcome to Grrls in Motion! We are a vibrant group of femmes and gender minorities who are going through big life changes. It could be a breakup, a baby, or just reconnecting with yourself. Maybe you’re on a healing journey, or weight loss journey, or you’re new to LA. If you need to grow some sense of community and are looking to be around women who will love and support you, this is the group for you.

Lets nourish our souls together over a phenomenal meal out, exploring LGBT-friendly spaces, or discovering hidden gems in town. Join us for a mix of social activities and engaging conversations. You don’t need to be a social butterfly, the shy girlies are welcome too!
