IMPORTANT NOTES
•The Organizer Assistant Organizers who promotes an event does not assume any liability regardinginjuries and/or accidents that may happen during the event. \
•Before you were allowed to join Meetup, you had to check a box saying you read and agreed to Meetup'sTerms of Service. One of the most important sections in these terms as an Organizer, is Section 6.2 which refers toliability. You and only you, are responsible for your safety at all times if you participate in a Meetup event. \
•It is responsibility of every Member of this group to search information about the promoted events in this.You make the decision to attend to an event based on that information. \
•If you join an event, you have the responsibility to bring the adequate gear and assess if you are fit to do it,the Organizer is not responsible for this. \
•Nobody is in charge to lead, organize and/or plan any event of this Meetup group. All people attending anevent lead, organize and plan the event, the whole group is responsible for all incidents that may happen. The Organizer and Assistant Organizers only manage the content of this Meetup Group. \
•When joining an event you allow pictures of yourself or in a group to be published online. You mayrequest the organizer to remove and delete them. \
•The English and Outdoors Vigo Group is not a Hiking Association (Centro Excursionista) or a organizedassociation under the supervision of any sport regulation entity and no member of this group is a professionalspecialized in mountain sports (guides, trainers, etc.). Therefore all the content involving an event have to be takenas an advice and it is responsibility of each person to follow them or not. \
•We strongly recommend to all members of this group to get a FGM (Federación Galega de Montañismo)license or an insurance (you can find daily insurance at www.intermundial.es among others) with the same scopeof the FGM licence to cover any injuries that may happen during an event of English and Hiking Vigo Group.

El Deporte conlleva riesgos que cada Miembro del Grupo debe valorar y decidir si desea asumirlos. En ningún caso el Organizador que propone un evento se hace responsable de cualquier suceso que pueda ocurrir. Como participante se debe tener experiencia en actividades de montaña y una forma física adecuada a la dureza de la actividad. No será función de los anfitriones dar consejos sobre equipamiento, evaluar forma física o tomar decisiones sobre aspectos de seguridad.
